"Not Enough Space"

I want to download Photoshop but it says "insufficient storage space" even though I have 700 gigabytes free on my Hard Drive. The problem maybe is that all my program files are on my SSD but it is full. I tried to change the location of the file download destination Adobe Cloud but to no avail. Please help, need it for school.

is whatever you're trying to put it on formated FAT32? cause FAT32 will only let you go up to 4GB in a SINGLE file.

 

If it is then you have to format where you're gunna put it on to exFAT
