Is this normal?

I just reinstalled my gta 5 and overwatch and smite, when I start playing ether gta or overwatch my cpu eats up and it restarts I'm using a shadow rock lp it's tdp is 130.

But the cpu reaches 91 degrees and it starts to auto restart

 

Please help I never had this problem before

If you talk g about the cooler  co tact point yes I did its a 2600 ryzen 5 not overclocked yet
