Have you got one fan or 2, you can add another fan to improve results because the 212 Evo comes with a second bracket. 80 is nothing to worry about though

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

It's a bad cooler to begin with so it's not a surprise. Being real, anything below 80°C is fine. I only ever reached 70°C max on stress with my 8600K at 5GHz.

I do recommend just adding a second fan. Make sure the fans both blow air the same direction. Also, it's an easy opportunity to add a little RGB pizazz by moving the included fan to the back and putting on a selected color fan on the front (if it's visible)

It's decent cooler. Budget, and it performs accordingly. What you have are normal temps. Intelburn Test hasn't been on my stress test list for years because of inconsistent results. I would recommend using OCCT or Aida64. The max temp you get while stressing is max you are getting when fan works. So no need to worry about it.

i think intelburntest is for raping cpu, i get 80c all the time from there but from realbench got only 70c max temps. my overclock is stable but i would like to go higher, do you think my temps would raise much when i would go from 1.2v to 1.25v ? (tried 1,225v with 4,5ghz and not stable) also is realbench good? or should i use occt

How much temps change depends on too many things only way is to test and see. I use OCCT. It's also preferred for some youtubers, namely TTL and Jay. RealBench is what name says. It simulates real life situations. I'd say use both, but OCCT probably gives higher temps.
