Hi all,

Would anyone know why the Outside of Organization tab in Automatic Replies would be missing in Outlook 2016? Windows 10 machine in a enterprise environment.

Is the Automatic Replies option completely unavailable, or just the Outside of Organization tab?

I'd want to check with the O365 / Hosted Exchange administration site / host to see if they've disabled this feature by chance, and of course, make sure the email in question is setup as Exchange, as Automatic Replies is not supported for POP or IMAP accounts.

Automatic Replies is only available for Inside My Organization. Outside my Organization tab completely gone.

Gotcha. You'll want to check to see if this is explicitly allowed or disallowed on the Exchange server, or within the O365 admin panel.

Thanks! Unfortunately, I can't touch any of the Exchange server stuff. I have to forward this problem to another department to confirm whether that is the issue or not.
