5. Why are you upgrading  Currently have 1st Gen I7 core with 98 with SSD.  I have around 20GB of storage left on 2TB drive, thanks to steam. 

 

My idea is to build something similar to linus' video on the HD with optane but I wonder if 32GB is enough cache on 3TB drive? Considering ARK and other games are easily 20 GB.  Does PCI-E optane work as a cache aswell?

 

Anyway, here is my build got any ideas or advice that would be helpful.
