Hello, I am trying to fix an issue with my computer that I can't get past the windows loading screen. it black screens. That's beside the point. I am trying to reinstall/update my video card drivers and I need to get in safe mode. I got in safe mode and when I was about to install drivers it said this: cannot continue because the driver being installed wasn't digitally signed. If I try to use f7 to get in to the signature thing from the advanced settings on automatic repair, I can't boot in to windows because of the black screen. I need to be able to run safe mode with the signature thing. If you know how I can get around this to install the driver please tell me. Thanks, Nerd

I have no idea what that is lmao or where it would be

A jumper means a little thingy that conencts 2 pins on your MB, changes are there are 2 or 3 pins to tell the MB to enable the IGPU(if it has ports for it ofc.). NO way a manufacturer will go into the trouble of removing a feature because of an external GPU. If you give me your MB model number I can look it up for you.
