Hi Everyone,

I'm pretty new to this forum so please excuse me if i don't know all the rules. I think this is the proper place to post this, but i'm not 100% sure.

So i need some help, I have a Network server that uses basic Windows Drive Networking to host basic files such as Movies and such over the network. It's very simple, no fancy programs, just Windows Sharing. I've had little to no issue, and it even works seamlessly with Macbooks.

What I've been dabbling with on and off for the past 3 years or so was incremental backups over the network to this server. The server itself has 8 TB of storage and i have a total of 3 Windows devices and 2 Mac Devices to backup.

I've tried a couple pieces of software here and there including the basic windows solution, and all of them have problems. I've had backups failing to constant network disconnects, despite the fact that if i manually look the network drives are never down.

Long story short, I need help choosing a backup program. It should be able to backup over a network, wireless or wired. Incrementally. And it needs to work with Windows (MAC is optional, would be nice, but i can make due with Time Machine and an external drive)

The program doesn't have to be free, i'm willing to spend a good chunk of money if i can solve this problem finally.

The server is currently running Windows 10 Pro, but i can change that, or VM something else if that's necessary.

I can provide additional information if needed.

Thanks in advance for the help!
