my pc specs HELP NEEDED

Will this be a bottle neck cause in some games getting low fps like H1Z1 look on YouTube for videos on gtx 1070 i7700k and there getting more fps then me ? h1z1 feels choppy and low fps fresh install new gpu drivers as well so i don,t know what to do I have ordered 16G ram Corsair Vengeance ram 2400 cause that what speed my mobo supports asus strix b250F any way thanks for reading

I would not have thought there would be any serious issues gaming with this setup. But why is an unlocked cpu running on a non-overclocking motherboard? And, why are you ordering relatively slow memory?

You are probably running the game using your processor's integrated gpu instead of your actual GTX 1070 GPU.
You can change the default video device in Nvidia's Control Panel which should be accessable if you right click on your desktop and select Nvidia Control Panel (if i remember correctly).
There it should open a new window and then you should go to:
3D Settings->Manage 3D Settings
Tab "Global setttings"
Preferred Graphics Processor
Select : High performance NVIDIA processor.

After that all games should automatically use your actual dedicated graphics card.
