Hi I would like to swap the 1TB HDD in my Lenovo Ideapad 500 for an SSD, in order to get faster boot times, application upated times and game load times. I have found a Kingston SUV500/480G SSD UV500 SATA3 2.5 Inch Stand-Alone Drive on Amazon for just under £90 sold by Kingston (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07CFXNRVD/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&psc=1 ). Is this a good choice, will it work for my computer and what software will I need to transfere all the data or just windows from my existing drive to the new? Have never done this before, but i have succsessfully removed and reinserted the current drive in this laptop.

Is was thinking of having it back to factory settings, as I can get rid of the unessassary files, but still not 100% sure. Mostly likely factory settings. However, it would be nice to have the account details still on it, but it seems easier just to clone it.
