CPU red light

hello plz forgive bad english not native .

 

i have upgrade my pca build with a second monitor after i inserted de second moniter in to my GPU and turned my syteem on it turnd off. so i trund it on again and it worked but now every time i trun my pc off the red light of the CPU turns on not blinking just on only when pc is off. i have no other issue the CPU red light just stays on when the pc is off plz help me ?
