I wouldn't recommend running stress tests for long periods on a stock cooler.

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700 @3.85Ghz, MotherBoard: Asus ROG Strix X370-F, RAM: G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB 3000Mhz

GPU: GALAX GeForce® GTX 1080 Ti EXOC White, Case: NZXT S340 Elite Matte White, Storage: Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB, PSU: Corsair CX650M

You can stress test anything youd like, it will only go wrong if the cooling solution isn't being used correctly, on standard clock speeds stock coolers do fine, if its OC'd then you would need to stress test for instability anyway.

prime 95 will make it 85 degrees, constant load at above 80 degrees can cause damage to your cpu, you shouldn't try unless you have too. Maybe a 1 to 2 times is good enough, try stressing for 1hr for maximum stability and that's all, you should be fine.

anything above 80 :) but for like once in a while its fine dont do it everyday. If the computer doesnt crash after stressing using prime95 for at least 1hour it should be stable for everyday

Unigine software or only for GPU. Just run Cinebench, and 3Dmark and compare results. Or if you just want to check on temps, have any benchmark run and monitor it with HWmonitor, OpenHardwareMonitor, HWiNFO, MSI Afterburner, NZXT CAM etc.
