gpu for rendering (openGL)

hello I am buying a server with for rendering with a E5-2670 v2 or 2660 v2 and wanted a gpu to pair it with for rendering in V-ray, I thought a quadro 4000 but that had hardly and cuda cores so I thought a gtx 950 75w card I have a budget for the card of about $100-150 aud any ideas for a card that would be good for rendering but is power efficient? if you do please help thanks
