Ram question

Hey Guys,

 

For my new Black and White, Blue accented build I want to go with Corsairs dominator platinum Contrast memory, but I need 64gb. Will it be okay if I run two of the 32gb 4x8 sets? Or do I need to purchase a 64gb set of regular dimms. I have heard of people having issues down to the time the kit was made so I wanted to know.

yes you can purchase 2 sets and put them together, no issue with that.
but it has to be the same model and everything, not different company and stuff.

and do you have 8 slots of RAM for the 64gb?

No I now about the 8 slots and everything I have been doing this for a while this build will be liquid cooled. Its the same model, I have just heard of people having issues with two, identical kits that where made in a different factory or such.
