Laptop Shut Off

Today I was playing a game of Rainbow Six Siege when my screen goes black and it won’t turn on. Pressing the power button does nothing, and it’s plugged into the wall. The only programs running at the time were Rainbow Six Siege, Steam, and Discord. Does anyone have any advice on getting it to turn back on? I’m really sorry if I missed any required information, please ask and I’ll help to the best of my ability.

No problems, Ensure it is turned off, unplug power cable & remove battery. Hold power button down for 30 second or so & then put battery back in and try to reboot.

The battery doesn’t look very accessible. Am I supposed to unscrew something?

Talked with Acer support and got it fixed. Sorry to waste your time, but I didn’t want to void my warranty by going into the laptop. Thanks for all your help!

I unplugged the AC adapter from the wall and from the laptop, took a paper clip and pushed the battery reset button on the button, waited 3 minutes, and plugged everything back in.
