bootmgr missing error

Hey guys this is not Austin,

 

So I just upgraded my FX8350 to Ryzen 7 1700X and I ran into an issue after cloning the sata ssd to a nvme one...

Now there is an OS on it and all my data is on the nvme one but the software automatically wiped the other while the other completed itself.

Now I've tried running windows automatically repairing itself but it won't (tried via USB with both W7 W8 and W10 on them)

I tried copying the bootmgr file onto the nvme one by booting off a different OS (W7) with my external hdd (yes it was slow as fck with 15 mins booting time...) That didn't work either

Now it said these things after running the cmds

 

Here the pictures of it (yes I modded a Vardar fan to fit my Dark Rock Pro 3 and it's almost dead silent)

 

ANY help would be great since I've spent my weekend pulling my hair out and there's none left to pull, I was hoping to play games on it oh well...
