So my system is about to be a year old now and I was thinking if I should sell it for a system with better price to performance. Right now I'm satisfied but I could've gotten something a little or a lot more "better" for almost half of what my 2200G system cost. So what I'm asking is, if I sold my system for say $300 and got a Xeon workstation based on LGA1366 for $150 or less, then get a graphics card like a 760 or 770 for $60-80, will I get better performance in programs like Inventor and Auto CAD and better framerates in games like Fortnite? My system isn't necessarily obsolete yet, but if I went with this config, how long would it last me doing gaming, video editing and 3D modeling? Note: I upgraded to the 2200G from my A8-9600

Thanks in advance.
