Its a little over budget, but a great valuebuild.

Since you might not buy from the sites above ill give some advice.

For the GPU you will look for the Cheapest RX 580 8GB   OR   GTX 1060 6GB (pay attention to the Vram amount especially on the GTX 1060 as the 3GB model is significantly slower). Pick whichever of the two are cheaper. Also avoid the card if its cooler is made by ASrock or is named "armor".

For ram you want the cheapest 2 sticks of 4GB DDR4 3000mhz or 3200mhz memmory.

If you have any questions just quote me or @GoldenLag me

Hey Im trying to build a budget pc for my brother, I would pick the parts myself but ever since I built my computer I lost touch with the pc world, I heard amd released new cpu's and gfx, also buying pre-built is not an option.

It'll mainly be for 1080p gaming and games like fortnite, cs:go, rocket league, league of legends and such.

He already has peripherials so no need to take into consideration the mouse, monitor etc. Also we have a spare 1tb hard drive.

Im located in mexico but getting the parts is not a problem, im more concerned about the specs themselves xD.

If you guys have any suggestions I would appreciate them.

The cooler is included, but wouldnt recommend that PC for the set of games you are playing, also the byild suggested has some flaws including ram and motherboard.

Give me 5 sek ill make something

Hey there, here's a simple build. It's not the best value overall, but is good value for what you're gonna use it for.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Core i3-8100 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($115.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - H310M A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($55.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Team - Elite Plus 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory  ($64.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Inland - Professional 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($24.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB SC GAMING Video Card  ($199.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Deepcool - TESSERACT SW ATX Mid Tower Case  ($33.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: Corsair - CX (2017) 450W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($23.98 @ Newegg)

Rationale:

Why i3? The CPU itself is not a particular good value for $116. But the other components to pair with it is what makes it a compelling value. The cheap motherboard and the cheap RAM. Also, the i3 runs cool and efficient even without sufficient airflow.

Why the GTX 1060 3gb? The GTX 1060 3gb is the sweet spot for 1080p gaming in particular. It's only 10% slower than the 6gb variant, while being a lot less expensive. The VRAM limitation won't be a problem 99% of the time, as long as the resolution is set at 1080p.

I wouldnt recommend this config cause @angelmartin11has 700$ he said so why a config for just 500$?

@GoldenLag i made that config in around 2min so it isnt the best...

The reason I suggested a $500 config is to serve as an alternative for OP.

@GoldenLag Already made a solid $700 config. There's not much to improve on that price point anymore, rather, I just made an alternative.
