Mom locked her self out the tablet after I Factory reset it but she didn't sync her google account so now it a paper weight I had the idea to download a copy of windows on it but my question is does it matter what bit of window I put on it like 64bit or 32bit does it matter?

yes it matters. the 64 will not even install on a 32 bit one and if you install a 32 bit on a 64 you lose a lot of performance

Aah thank you I haven't done it yet but it a rca Viking pro 10 and a few years old so what would your guess be? 32 bit? Also I get into the setting with some back door tricks but I can't find what it is. Also developer mode won't work in it state
