I have build a new PC with a gigabyte GTX 670 GPU, ASUS Z87 -A, Cooler Master Master box Lite case, 4 sticks of 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3, Intel Core I7 4770k CPU, Cooler Master Master Liquid 120 CPU cooler and EVGA 650W bq power supply. I can not get the power supply to post at all. No fan spin from the PSU fan at all. the only thing that comes on when the PSU is powered on is the standby light on the motherboard. I went to Memory express (where i bought the PSU) and only brought the PSU and they got the fan to spin. I've tried unplugging and plugging back in every cable from the PSU. I really don't know what to do

Does everything else in your system work?

Have you tried the paperclip test?

Does the PSU emit a click sound when you try to power on?

Could be dead motherboard or dead CPU.
Could also be bad memory. Try removing two of your memory sticks and testing the system, and then removing the other two and swap in the first two you took out and try again.

Do you have the case connectors plugged in to the motherboard as well? The cables that come from the front panel power/reset switch and HDD LED switch.
