Multiple short beeps no POST

Hey guys. I have a big problem. I was playing on my PC last night and at around 1 am i shut it off, then at around 2AM i tried switching it back on and I got this multiple beeps(short)(around 40) followed by a restart with no post. I already tried switching up the memory sticks(4x4Gb) and even using only one, same problem. I have removed all unnecessary components(including gpu), same problem. I have replaced cmos battery, same problem. I have tried looking up the beep code on Ami(that s the bios my pc uses) and i couldn t find anything. I have tried reseating the cpu multiple times, same problem. I am kinda stuck. My specs are I7 2600, 16GB RAM, GTX 1060, Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H mobo. I am looking forward to seeing any solutions u may find, i am quite desperate right now. Thanks in advance!

have you reset bios? and try using onjly 1 stick of ram at a time and if possible only use the bare minimum of things to get the computer started

I didnt flash a new bios if that s what you are saying. I just tried replacing the cmos battery. I am trying 1 stick at a time but it isnt working either. Tried multiple sticks in different positions. I am running it at bare minimum with only one stick of ram cpu cooler and only the two power cables attached.

Also the cpu cooler stops spinning about 2 seconds after powerup
