WTB Midrange podcast setup

My friend wants to make some podcast videos about subjects that are just pushed aside and shine some light on those things he wants something similar to Joe Rogan's Youtube channel he said "it's simple but it's nice" i don't know much about audio or what he'd actually need i know it wont be cheap or easy to setup, just looking for a estimate for a list of items i'd need and how hard it actually is to get something like that going.

to doing live stream video podcast?

• camera: camcorder or webcam
• video capture device: if you use webcam capture card is not needed
• computer with software like obs
• microphone: look at microphone from RODE
• audio interface to connect microphone to computer: Focusrite

budget? you operate everything alone or has helpers?
