Safe to keep this overclock?

Good idea.  You could delid if you are feeling brave and drop 15-20 degrees off eh temps.  That's what I did with mine.

I would worry more about voltages. 1.4V is when I question whether to keep an overclock. 1.15-1.35V is safe, to me.

I guess that kind of depends on your exact chip, but 90° seems a tad too hot for being comfortable to me... :o

Also, what's your voltage?

Make sure to tag and/or quote people so they get notified... :P:D
