Static IP or External Port Forwarding

Hi I have a strange situation and trying to get it resolved.

We have had a new router fitted for our new ISP and Phone system.

On the old we had a port forward for an IP camera and could be accessed by the owner even when on holiday.

The new router the company refuses to put port forwarding on with no source IP. This is not practical if the owner wants to view on his mobile, from home or when he goes away and they refuse to relax there rules.

I have been trying to figure a way to get around this by either forwarding from one location to the camera but most port forwarding goes external to internal not relaying.

Anyone have any ideas would be great.

Thanks

You most certainly CAN port forward over the Internet, I have done it years ago on a Linux server at my friends house so I could get into his ISPs usenet server that was restricted to only that ISPs customers.  You just have to bear in mind the bandwidth it will use on the server you are doing it via.

Functionally, it works identically to how you do it between the LAN and the WAN.
