Pc not post

Hi
I have this problem pc won't post on display (no signal) so i have 2 TV on my house i unblog pc and try it on first tv and it works and pc start perfect and every thing work just fine turn it off and start it on the morning same thing happened no post or display move pc again to sec TV and it work just fine turn it off and on and keep working try this for third time and it work move pc and back to first TV same thing happened no post try back to sec tv no luck no post 
Anyone can help me 

For my spec : 

I5 3470

R7 265 

8gb ram 4+4

Fsp hyper 600W 

For mobo : an hp board from hp pro 3500 pc

For TVs : 

Its an chinese brand TVs first one from company called neon and the another from company called luxar 

I use HDMI cable 2.0 (new and work perfect) and try standard HDMI cable

No not peeb only peeb if remove the rams

do you have other ports for the displays?

like HDMI of even VGA just for testing?

No only hdmi on the TVs 

Its worked only first time installed on first tv after shut down and start pc again get no post and i try sec tv and it worked multi times i back to first tv and no post go back to sec tv no post

There is no integrated gpu to try connect hdmi on it

For screen no i don't have 

For tv's its Chinese brands

What is this HDCP ??

HDCP is a protocol that checks if you display is allowed to show encrypted content.

if it doesn't it wil show nothing at all.

Ok how to know if tv HDCP  ??

like i said it worked once on first tv and after shut down no post (no signal)

On sec tv it work first time and sec time after a uninstall HDMI cable and put it back same thing happened no post (no signal)

Do you have an extra hdmi port not on the video card, but where the usb ports are on the back off the machine?
