CES, My New Personal E3

Every year for many, many years, I've been excited to follow all of the live coverage of E3.  But in the last 2 years specifically, I've been very bored.  This has mostly to do with my interest in PC hardware and PC gaming.

E3 for the most part is now only interesting if you are a console gamer.  Are there announcements of PC games? Of course.  But these bits of news are very minor in comparison to the heavy majority of console gaming coverage.

Ever since I've been following LTT, I've gained a lot more interest in CES, especially because of their own coverage on it.  There was that recent teaser for that ROG monitor that may or may not include G-Sync.  This is something that actually got me excited for the first time in many years (regarding an upcoming trade show), because E3 has had nothing for me in a long while.

Can't wait to see your coverage of the show!

I also stopped caring about E3. CES and Computex are what I'm excited for.

Agreed. E3, and PAX still some extend, are for the mainstream consumer. They are just to show off games and other things like consoles.

Don't forget about Computex...

I like the color scheme of Noctua fans. Deal with it. Forget about the bad memories of the past.

Forget about the bad memories of the past, take the good ones along with you through the present, and look forwards to the good things that will come in the future.
