If there's something on the back of your mobo out of the box, it most likely goes there. So long as it isn't shorting out on your case you're fine.

Those would be solder thuds. Or whatever correct term is. Essentially they cover and hold place components on the other side.

Probably not... but so long as your hardware still runs fine it may not have damaged anything.

And you are sure they are from mobo? Those are tin or some other such alloy. They don't just fall of if they have been correctly soldered. You might be fine without those contacts, but there's also chance that you are now missing some way of electricity to move.
