When i browse chrome sometimes it just freezes for a second and then continues working normally (cpu, ram nor any of my disks are fully utilized). It happens every once in while. I have a ryzen 1600, a gtx 1050, a 450w psu and unactivated windows 10 pro. In the background i usually have open steam, discord and task manager for monitoring the activity of my components.
