I Need Help (Monitors)

hello, I'm having problems setting up my dual monitors. I bought a monitor that does not have an HDMI port but runs off VGA my GTX 1060 does not have a VGA port only HDMI and display ports, my motherboard has a VGA port but My monitor is only displaying the one I have running through my GTX 1060 How do i run it through both my GTX and my motherboard without spending any money

Go into the BIOS and enable the motherboard/CPU integrated graphics.

I dont have setting for that, i have intergrated graphics but u cant turn them on/off
