Motherboard VS

Hey Guys! New here.

Im currently building/ordering a new gaming rig.
I was wondering if any of you could inform me on which motherboard is the best;
ASUS PRIME H310M-K or Asus TUF Z370?

Context:
Im gonna run with;
 

Intel Core i7 8700K / 3.7 GHz Coffee Lake Processor

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Red LED (coolingfan for processor)

(Motherboard goes here, lol)

Corsair Vengeance LPX - 16GB: 2x8GB - DDR4 - 3000MHz - DIMM 288-PIN

ASUS PH-GTX1060-3G - NVIDIA GTX1060 - 3GB GDDR5

Samsung 860 EVO MZ-76E500B - 500GB

Inter-Tech ATX Infinity-Mirror M-908 LED Midi Kabinet

Corsair VS Series VS650 - powersupply- 650W

'best' for what, actually?

the prime 310 functionally will work, but you'll lose any overclocking capabilities, the RAM selected will only run 2666MHz and is pretty much no real update path.

the tuf z370 re-coupes all H310 losses. so what works best for your context, the z370. please spend a bit more for your power supply.. that value series isn't for this build.

And thanks for the detailed answer Airdeano, couldnt find much explaination by myself.
Will probably run with the z370 then! I have actually looked at a Corsair TX550M 550W 80plus gold power supply, since its modular, do you reckon that would be better?
I'm not that sure and/or into neither builds nor power supplies in general, all feedback or critique is highly valued!

yes, the tx is a better buy with more protections in place.

Alright, again, thanks alot! 
I'll go for the TX then, also changing the 1060 to a 6gb OC (from regular 3gb), and the RAM from LPX to XMP, but i dont reckon that'll have any effect on the completed build except performance GPU wise.
