Intel E5400 vs Intel E6400

The 5400 has better clock but the 6400 a faster FSB so that would make it better, try to pair it a with DDR3 board (P45 nb)

I don't know what's for but if you want it to game go for the 5400, has better cores

Far faster CPUs are very cheap.
