CS:GO Launcher DLL error

Only a reinstall fixes It but even after that If I exit the game and try to relaunch It happens again.
I've verified game cache, still the same.

Google and YouTube tell me nothing.

First of all message valve.

Also try reverting back to scaleform by left clicking on CS and seleting properties then set launch options as -scaleform
