7950 fan problem

I bought a MSI 7950 Twin Frozer card a few months back, and as of recent one of the fans wont spin full speed. It has gotten worse over the past few weeks, to the point that it wont spin at all until around 40% fan speed. I was wondering if there is something I can do to fix it, or if I should try to get a replacement?
