Keyboard or Software Problems

As my old keyboard was becoming a bit obsolete i upgraded a week or two ago to a new ROCCAT and i am having a few problems, the problem only seems to occur when i use the xbox app and i haven't seen it occur outside of that program and was wondering what else i should try. what happens is when i click on something the computer acts as if im holding left on the keyboard (just connected my xbox one controller to my desktop (my desktop control) and opened up game bar and now it isn't happening but it has acted good before but it persists in reoccurring and only ever inside of the xbox app (there was another app but i cannot remember what it was exactly))

I have tried reinstalling keyboard drivers, checking for updates and reinstalling the Xbox app.
