AMD relive not working

I recently get a rx 560 and i realised that i cant record my gameplay by using the amd relive. I just reset all setting to default and i use the default shortcut for recording overlay key in csgo,but nothing happened. Anyone can help me fix it pls??

 

Cpu : Intel pentium G4560

Ram:8gb 2133mhz 

Psu: 500watt

Mobo:asus H110m-d

Hdd :1tb 7200rpm

Gpu : power color amd rx 560( radeon adrenalin 18.8.1 "latest version")

win 10 pro x64

Hyper-V DISABLED 

amd driver tried uninstalled with DDU and installed again
