Hi, I'm new here so I'm sorry if I get any formatting wrong. I was wondering if I could get some advice for my computer. Currently I am using an AMD FX 8350 (not overclocked), an EVGA GTX 960 4GB card, 32GB of DDR3 @ 2400MHz (yes I know it is extremely overkill), Corsair CX750M 750w PSU, 1TB HDD, and a 500GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD. I plan on only gaming with this, aside from whatever I might need to use it for with college. I was wondering if it would be better to replace my 5 year old processor, motherboard, and RAM for something like an i3 8100, an MSI Z370 board, and 16GB of DDR4, or replacing my GTX 960 4GB for a 1060 or 1070. I was afraid that if I did go for a newer graphics card that my 8350 would bottleneck it, but I really don't know. One reason I think it might be more beneficial to replace my CPU + Mobo + RAM is because all of my files and games load very slowly, and I'm thinking that it could be caused by the motherboard only supporting SATA 2, and also that my HDD is the boot drive, and it certainly doesn't help that my HDD was made in December of 2013. If you could give me any advice or have any questions for more details I would be very appreciative.

Edit: Current budget is about $400 USD

the reason it loads slow is becuase ITS A HARD DRIVE

sata 2 is fine with ssd's , seriously almost any ssd would be a massive improvement in load time over any hdd

I'd go with a 1060 first, keep the rest and upgrade to a 1600/8400 when you save up enough.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Yeah I understand that, I have known that for a very long time, but it seems slower than most HDDs I've seen in videos
