Is there any Cooler under or very close to 50$ that can oc a 8600k?

Arctic Freezer 33 eSports One, you can buy one for under $50 for sure. I have an 8600K OC'd to 4.6GHz with a 33 eSports, min temps 25°C idle, max temps 57°C under stress, 40-50°C while gaming.

Cryorig has some tower coolers in that price range as does Noctua, before advising you on a cooler what case do you have (clearance issues)

What case? 

If the case supports it, the Scythe Mugen 5, Scythe Fuma or Cryorig H5.
