Func Ms-3 gaming mouse problems, no buttons work

i got the mouse today, everything was fine, i installed the software from their website and now nothing works, i can move the mouse but no buttons works

i've tried switching the usb port, uninstalling the software, restarted my computer.

i tried downloading the firmware but for some reason the installation file opens in VLC and not an exe.

thanks for the usful replies but the website was down and it couldnt install the firmware and now everything is fine, ty for your lovely help

how did you fix the problem as i can not see the replies you got i have the same problem with the mouse how can i fix it please

hi i have the same problem since I installed the latest driver and now works no more button :-(

 

someone has an idea ? or a solution
