First build 1k USD

Hi im looking to build a pc for about 1k USD that would let me play AAA games I thought of an k5 and a 1060 or a ryżem and a 580 , however I really want to use ray tracing and am willing to buy an  1160  in 2019 , however would a current gen i5 /r5 bottleneck said 1160 if so what should I gt in order to avoid such a bottleneck?
