Retro Graphics card question

Hi Guys/Gals, 

 

I'm currently playing around with a Sapphire ATI Radeon 9550 and getting ready to muck around with flashing the bios and overclocking but had a questions about the card that i haven't been able to find an answer to with all my googling. 

 

Was hoping there might be a brilliant mind on here who can help me out :)

 

There is a Jumper on the Board simply labelled JP1. I am currently assuming this is similar to a bios switch on more modern cards allowing me to switch between between 2 Bios versions but want to be 100% sure before i mess with it. Is anyone here sure and able to confirm or deny my suspicions?

EDIT:

 

Hmmm... I may have already figured it out myself. Could possibly be a PAL/NTSC switch for the S Video output. Still not 100% sure though if anyone can confirm or deny lol
