Mac Pro 3.1 W/ Single Xeon E5462 and GTX 750 Ti poor performance

I dont know why but I'm getting around 40-60 fps on low with it constantly dropping to below 10, I am using a Mac Pro 3.1 using Bootcamp Windows 7.

Those aren't exactly the best specs. Also 40-60 fps on what?

Your setup isn't too far off of this video. The E5462 is slightly worse than the E5450. It will also vary depending on the amount of RAM you have.
