Mobo: MSI X370 Titanium am4 socket

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700x

Graphics Card: Radeon R9 270x Sapphire

16g of ddr4 ram

Windows 10

1000watt power supply

I was playing league of legends and for some reason it would completely turn my pc off. I checked to see if it was a cooling problem but it wasn’t. I found it would do this when under heavy loads. I had it overclocking to 3.4 ghz. Now this time it turned off but never made it past the windows booting screen, with the windows logo and the the balls circling below it. I’ve tried looking through the mobo manual to find the error code it’s giving me, “00”, but there isn’t anything for it. It pulses my graphics card along with the “00” and that’s it. I can get into bios just fine but when I try to boot it will shut down then throw me that code again. I can’t find help anywhere else. I’ll link pictures below.

UPDATE: I’ve been troubleshooting and I’ve unplugged everything but my boot drive, my SSD with windows, and at first nothing happens, it just cycles through the fault codes like it’s trying to do something, it continues to try and boot, but nothing. I take it off that and put it on my 4TB hard drive for all my videos and photos games and what not. And it stays on a fault code and keeps the graphics card spinning. I’m going to try to get a new ssd or just a different boot drive to see how it works.

Try clearing your CMOS first, if that doesn't work double check that all the ram and storage devices show up in the bios, try double checking power cables to make sure that none have come loose at all.

I’ve tried clearing my cmos, I’ve even bought a new power supply so all connections are valid. My ram is fine as well. But still get the weird pulsing.
