Anyone bought something through Vuugo.com?

ok, so from what i know about them, they are based in Markham, Ontario, have been around since i believe 2010, and have some decent deals.  i ordered a my new ASUS P8Z77-V PRO on sunday, (i knew that it wouldn't start processing until monday) but it is now tuesday, and it still says pending, not "processing" or "preparing for shipping" and the payment went through from paypal the same day, i called them right when they opened today, and after going through the automated system, the phone rang 10 times, and i was greeted with a voicemail, this happened the next 4 times i tried calling over the last hour there was no message about being closed (as it is new years eve)...does anyone have experience with them? from the reviews online they get 4/5 stars, and mostly pretty good reviews.

for what? they say 1-2 days before sent out to shipping, today is the second day, if it wasn't for the deal, Amazon would have had my business and i would be installing it right now

Well, they are clearly open when just the other day it was out of stock, and now it is in Stock, even the phone doesn't say anything about being closed, so yeah
