Not Recieving Push Notifications

So as you read in the title im not recieving any push notifications from apps like instagram , snapchat , facebook , twitch etc. My msgs work fine and so does my gmail , wpp i have no idea whats wrong. And no actually sometimes whatsapp stutters to get the notification out or doesnt get it out at all. In the notification settings all the apps are checked.

may i know what phone you are using?
i'm using a xiaomi and im facing somewhat the same issue, i remember the fix was to lock the app to not let the system clear it and allowing it to run even when the screen is off

I just found thats the problem..
