AT2020 sounding quiet and alot of static

I've had my Audio Technica AT2020 for about a year now. In a game my in-game voice had a lot of background noise but it was perfectly fine in discord and every other game. So I fixed using A virtual audio cable and Voicemeeter Banana. Recently I had to move my setup around and now in a game called Rust my mic wast working(it worked normally in rust before) but in discord with my buddy it still normal. So then I went into steam to adjust my mic volume and I turned it up and it ear blasted my buddy in discord so I stopped that. Then I talked really close to my mic and it picked up in-game but it was super quiet and there was a lot of static and all weird. Also when my mic does pick me up I can hear myself with my voice and quiet and static. If anyone can help me it would help my very much because this is bothering my a lot.

The USB version or XLR? If it's XLR then you probably have a dying audio interface.

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/
