USB stage device not recognized

I have a 7980xe on a rampage 6 extreme and I can’t get it to recognize any form of external storage device in the bios or windows 10.

ive tried:

reinstalling drivers

removing USB ports

updating drivers

all the usb devices work every other windows 10 computer they’ve been tried on.

how can I get them to appear?
