Hello all, I have an issue with a Dell mih81r/ great bear mobo.

I have followed the steps outlined in the no POST message at the top of the forum.

I have no idea what the bios version is.

i have the original processor that came with it. a 4th gen i5 4460.

The ram is a different set than came with it. I have 2 sticks of samsung m3785773cho-cko sticks in there.

The ram works as i tested it in another system.

I dont have another lga 1150 mobo to test the cpu though.

all system fans come on, there is no speaker or hookup for one to hear beep codes and i dont have the original case.

nothing via usb either, no keyboard lights or anything.

I know this was working when i got it as i saw it working.

I made sure i was grounded when working on it and assembled it outside the case first on something insulated.

Pulling my hair out over this one, i get no video signal at all, not from the built in gpu or any of the cards i have tried in the 1 pci-e slot it has.

500w power supply that i know works because i have tested it in another system.

Any help would just be fantastic. Need to get this working so my son has a pc for school this year.

then its sadlt the mobo or th cpu

check for any bent contacts on the mobo and try to fix then,if you cant then gotta buy a new mobo

it's so weird, i watched it working, took it out of the case, took it home in a box and hooked it up. nothing. now i gotta try and find a good cheap 1150 board. this isnt my week. thanks for the reply though.
