I have sent an email to AMD to request a boot kit on Friday, and they replied with:

Spoiler

Dear [Name],

Your service request : SR #{ticketno:[My ticket number]} has been reviewed and updated.

Response and Service Request History:

Thank you for your request to loan a boot kit from AMD.
Before approving your request, I would like to verify that you have tried to contact your motherboard manufacturer or their local authorized service provider, and they have established that your motherboard requires a BIOS update, and were not able to help you perform that update.

Please provide a summary or copy of your communication with the motherboard manufacturer to indicate why support from the Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) is not suitable.

AMD is in position to be able to provide a short-term loan of a Boot kit, such that you can Flash the BIOS yourself.
To qualify for this service, AMD will require a picture of your:

Ryzen 7 2700
Ryzen 7 2700x
Ryzen 5 2600
Ryzen 5 2600x
Ryzen 5 2400G
Ryzen 5 2400GE
Ryzen 3 2200G
Ryzen 3 2200GE

Processor (note: a picture of the retail box is not sufficient), that clearly shows the Model number and Serial number plus a copy of your purchase invoice.

Please can you also provide details of your motherboard and a copy of your purchase invoice.

Once we receive this information, we will be happy to review your claim to establish legibility for a Boot Kit loan.
If you no longer require this service no response is required.

In order to update this service request, please respond, leaving the service request reference intact.

Best regards,

Markus

I then after that replied to the email giving pictures of all the things they requested.

Today (Monday) they then sent me basically the same email to which I replied with that I have already sent the pictures. They haven't replied yet

Am I doing it correctly? They didn't really give instructions into how to send them the images and proof to them.
