cpu? game? or something else

playing fortnite and only 2 cores (out of 6) are being used but they are at 100% why is this? windows is using the other 4 so its not that they are disabled or anything.

yea I made another post about it in a more appropriate section.. the game its reinstalling but I do  think that's the case.
