in bios goto boot priorites and make in #1

Idk what to do can't get past this point

I'm installing new window 7 software to completely new system and my disk 0 is unallocated and the error says windows is unable to install to the selected location. Error:0x80300024

this is a brand new hard dive on a brand new system

Seagate 1tb harddrive

You might have to reformat the drive.

yes but I only have 1 harddrive

read the description and are u sure u booting too that one? other than reformatting i dunno

how do I know if I'm booting from it and how do I reformat

are theryre any other hdd or ssd connected? what are u installing windows off? is it booting from what your installing windows off of like it should be. goto boot priorites and check.

no other memory is pluged in

installing off of cd

and it is booting off of it

unplug it and plug it in. start all over again and make sure its booting off of the cd.
