DRAM led on

i've bought a new components for my system:

CPU  - i5 8600k 3.6GHz

CPU cooler - Arctic Freezer 33 eSports Edition Red

Motherboard - Asus ROG STRIX Z370-I

RAM - HyperX FURY Red 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz CL18 Kit

GPU - Gigabyte GeForce 1050Ti 4GB

SSD - Samsung 860 EVO M.2 MZ-N6E500BW 500GB

 

all completely new except the GPU

 

my problem is that on the motherboard the DRAM error led is always on

all the components seem to work prefectly but there is no display at all

 

Help??

is there a memok button? click it. 

if there isn't, try resetting the cmos (take out the battery, wait 10 seconds, put it back in, boot up)

tried already to short the 2 CLRTC pins , the battery is in a case so tried also to unplug the battery plug for 30 sec.

still nothing.
